I painted this one on illustration board using Acrylics, it was for a Kids book. I got some photos of salamanders and of young trout because they were the main characters of the story. I picked a particular scene in the story to depict here. The salamander jumping on the young trout. I just thinned the acrylics with water for this one and started in on the painting and added a bit of coloured pencil to the final painting.
